Il est bon de rappeler que l’Université des Nations-Unies dont le siège est à Tokyo, n’est pas une université classique dotée de bâtiments, de professeurs, d’étudiants, et décernant des diplômes ; elle a été conçue pour animer un réseau mondial d’activités de recherche, de formation avancée, en collaboration avec une centaine d’instituts de recherche et d’Universités appartenant à une cinquantaine de pays.
