Nevertheless, on the horizon are considerable reforms to the cooperation arrangment that have to be concretised.This applies in particular to the extensive opening of ACP markets for EU products, lack of coherence in EU agricultural policy and compliance with multilateralim within the framework of the world trade organisation.
