In accordance with the amandements to the contract, the fourth progress report covers the period of july to septembre 1997. This period is notable for:
- The organisation of follow-up missions in four (4) participating countries
- The second meeting of the Project Coordinating committee
In addition to these two activies, which comprised an examination of the state of execution of the project, the Country Coordonators also participated in:
-African Cconfrence on the National Communications organised by UNDP in collaboration with ENDA, Dakar, August 28-30-1997.
-Workshop on Technology Transfert in the context of the UNFCCC, August 31 to Septembre first, also in Dakar. |
