This book is the first of a series about small business that will  be published by association for advancement of small business(Perkumpulan Untuk Peningkatan Usaha Kecil,PUPUK)in co-operation with Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung(FNSt).At least,two factors that cause the issuance of this book.First,officially PUPUK is interested in small business affairs.Second,as the primary cause,that most of the intentions to the improvement of small enterprisesnowadays are still emphasised at basic general theories instead of specific cases confronting the small entrepreneurs.
