This volume is the second in a series of publications of ASEAN ENERGY REVIEW on the energy situation in ASEAN which AEEMTRC is publishing regularly. It is a product of the "Energy Data and Information" programme.Since November 1988, AEEMTRC was involved in various energy related activities such as seminars, research etc... Energy data collection of ASEAN's member countries, using a format which was agreed by the senior officials on Energy Cooperation of ASEAN covering energy supply, use, trade and so on was a major under taking.In line with the objectives of the establishment of AEEMTRC, these data should be used for the benefit of the region.
