The implementation of the project during the period of december 1997 and april 1998 was aminly marked by follow-up and technical assistance missions in the variouse countries,the organisation of the 4th meeting of the project coordinating commitee in Bamako,Mali and the preparation of the End-of-the-Project conference to be held in Accra,Ghana.All of the activities scheduled during the 3rd PCC meeting in Nairobi,Kenya which took place from 21-22 novembre 1997 started.They include: Review of National Climat Change Policies,Inventories of Greenhouse gases,Mitigation studies,Vulnerability and Adaptation studies.
