Résumé :	It has been a widespread social and scientific idea that ah ecological change will create a reaction in the eco system in the shape of diverse secondary changes in order to re-establish the original state of equilibrium. Hereof, the belief that, over-population creates war in order to maintain population balance in a restricted material environment, or the sying that: "Nature will recover itself- Fallow will reestablish the original flora." Actual experiences have revealed that such ideas are rather fallacious by their generalizations."
