Résumé :	Ce rapport se concentre sur un projet sénégalo allemand d'énergie solaire dans lequel une plante solaire photovoltaïque qui produit de l'électricité fut semée. La plante était réalisée par une collaboration d'ingénieurs allemands et la société Sénégalaise de distribution d'Energie Electricité (SENELEC). Les objectifs de ce projet étaient de tester et de populariser le système photovoltaïque tout en apportant de l'énergie pour une population rurale. Les systèmes fut développé en Allemagne puis adapté au Sénégal. De manière générale, ce document tient compte de l'importance des problèmes énergétiques, ils sont des éléments cruciaux pour le développement.
