The guidance notes are based on an-in-depth research of various initiatives from across the word (including South Asian, AFRICAN? LATIN AMERICA and EAST ASIAN ande THE PACIFIC Countries) and cosultations with urban poor communities. the oresent volume is a documentation of this research and suppots he guidance notes one services for the urban .
